We added the “Click to Call” feature in ConversionControl to speed up your agents work by allowing them to click on a telephone number and send it directly to their smartphone insted of having to write it down.

Here is how to connect your phone to ConversionControl.

Chrome + Android

If you use the Google Chrome browser and have an Android smartphone, you will just have to:

1. Navigate to the CRM > TASKS Menu

2. Make sure that the Google account with which you are connected to the browser is the same as the one connected to the telephone;

3. Click on the telephone number of desired contact;

4. From the pop-up, select “Call from” and select the device you want to send the telephone number to.

Other browsers on Windows

If you use a different browser or have an iPhone, you will first have to configure your telephone on Windows.

1. Navigate to the CRM>TASKS Menu

2. Click on the telephone number of desired contact;

3. From the pop-Up che si apre, Select the “Contacts” option and click on “Open Link”

4. In the following page, click on “Call with your phone”

5. The following procedure will guide you in configuring your phone. Once the procedure is done, you will be able to click on “Call with your phone” and send the telephone number of the desired contacts directly to your phone.
